Show Hours: Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm

Vendor check-in/Set-up: Friday. Noon-5:00pm, Saturday: 7:00am-9:00am. No Saturday drive-in unloading permitted after 8:00am. Building must be vacated by 6:00pm Saturday.

Spectator Admission: Early bird $15.00 (8:00am-9:00am); $10.00 (9:00am-1:00pm). FREE ADMISSION FOR ALL AFTER 1:00pm. Special needs and children under 12 are always free.

Parking: Fair Grounds parking is $7.00 per entry. Friday arrivals must inform the parking gate that you are delivering to the Rhodes building and you will not be charged. Free overnight trailer parking is available.

Indoor Swap Meet: $50.00 10’x20’
Outdoor Swap Meet: $50.00 20’x20’
Indoor Car Corral: $50.00 10’x20’
Outdoor Car Corral: $20.00
Outdoor Cruise-in: FREE with paid spectator admission.

Car Corral and Swap Meet entry includes one (1) adult admission per space.
Midway: Premium main aisle spots for non-automotive commercial vendors. Must be reserved in advance. 10’x10’ $100.00.
Commercial entry includes two (2) adult admissions per space.
8’ Table Rentals $15.00 each.
Additional Helper: $15.00 each. Required for ANYONE in attendance during Friday check-in or Saturday before 9:00am.
